The most American of venues, Busch Stadium, played host to the international friendly between the youth-filled USMNT and 5th ranked Uruguay. 

 Following a humbling defeat from rival Mexico, the US Men's National Team looked to continue its commitment toward growth. While many American fans long for swift results in the form of the score sheet, there is much to be enjoyed in the rebuilding process. At the helm of this undertaking is coach Gregg Berhalter.  Classified as something of a “romantic”, Berhalter is dedicated to his team's style of play over all else. 

The feeling that came from an untraditional soccer stadium was felt on and off the pitch. With a late 2nd half leveling goal from Jordan Morris, US fans were able to leave the "ball field" with a brief sense of optimism towards the future of the US team.
