RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We offer free returns to all of our customers, granted it meets the criteria and terms laid out in the following policy. All returns must be made within 30 days following your purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it, including in its original packaging.
To initiate and complete your return, we ask that you reach out to us at email@example.com. We require a receipt or proof of purchase, including an order number and confirmation.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We do not refund the original shipping charges.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us and a credit to be initiated, may vary.
Exchanges – Please follow the return/refund policy above. We do not exchange items. We will refund your original purchase upon approval and ask that you place a new order for your desired size/item.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
